About me…. I am a yoga teacher with the British Wheel of Yoga I am passionate about slowing down and deep listening to our bodies. This has been key in my own healing journey. I am UKCP registered psychotherapist and intermediate student in Somatic Experiencing. My yoga practice and teaching is informed by polyvagal theory.

Charlotte's intention would be to continue these classes after the initial four sessions.
